Cartrack is nonsense, dont join them

Ive been with them for like 3 years, everytime I ask to locate my car they were unable to locate, they kept saying they will call me back and they never did. for couple of years now I have been paying for the device that was not working. month in month out they would send someone to fix it but days later the device is not working again. Now 3 months before my contract ended, the device stopped working again, i called them to report, they never came to fix it yet they are busy debiting money from my account. its been 2 months since I reported that device is not working no one has ever came to fix it but immediately after I reverse debit amount number of calls came through demanding their money, they dont even consider the risk that i was involved in. CARTRACK is ****, ALL my cars and my family will leave cartrack, it is **** that thing
