Cartrack is nonsense and aren't trustworthy

I had a car track device installed and the technician broke my visor and a risk assessor by the name of Martin was sent but weeks into all this nothing has been done and at first he used to pick up my calls now he doesn't and the technician said he will bring it and I will have to install it myself and of course he never did
