Cartrack is Nonsense

I have never experienced bad service like this one, their service is very very bad to the core. October 2024 I sold my old car I asked them to de-install from old car and install the unit device on my new car , I made the necessary payments as required, the de -installation was done successfully but since last October my new car was not installed the tracking device unit, every time they give a date to come install the don't come the always say no one is available to come, 3 months now without a tracking device. Surprisingly they still claim monthly installments while I don't have the device. my Question is : if my car gets ****** will they compensate me or will they recover my car without a device?
