Cartrack is more Trash.. TRASH TRASH TRASH!! *******...

I called to test my unit, they advised me that my unit isn't working anymore. It needs to be replaced, maintained or repaired. I've been waiting for 3 months for them to come repair or replace my tracking unit.

They gave me a date, 23 February 2023, and no one came. I called and they advised that the booking was cancelled without even explaining why they cancelled a booking to fix my tracking unit.

I've tried calling countless times. They will transfer you 5 times before helping you. I asked one of the consultants, what would happen if my vehicle is ******?? With the tracker unit not picking up.

Man, this company is trash. I'm in the market looking for an alternative for both my vehicles. These cartrack guys will call you to update your product but wouldn't call you to make a booking to replace a unit that doesn't work. I can't comprehend how unprofessional this company is.
