Cartrack is more concerned about money than service! A deinstalation is suppose to be done on my vehicle

Cartrack is more concerned about money than service! A deinstalation is suppose to be done on my vehicle. As yet the service wasn't rendered but after many harassing calls and even a promise that a hold on calls from the account dept will be placed on my account. Instead of all this,Cartrack just deducted the R870 from my bank account.I am disgusted to my very core! Giving a company your bank details apparently means that they can just deduct monies without your permission? I do not have enough words to utter my disgust!! Best of all they have their precious money and no service was rendered! Money is definitely more important than service for Cartrack! Congratulations to the Accounts department on a successful collection! Hope you are very proud of the way you conduct business. This will definitely be the last time you have Carte Blanche to my bank account.
