Cartrack is lacking customer care.
I had a problem with cartrack, we hard a month to month contract with them. I canceled that contract on Jan 2023 since I failed to pay them on Dec2022 premium of R192. They refuse to cancelletion they said I didn't finished cancellation processes, I called them again on Feb 2023 for cancellation it's went through but they continued deducting on my account monthly. I was owing them R384 but now I ow the R1179.00 I don't know what from...

I have receive many phone call from cartrack based on the contract that I closed but they didn't closed the contract on their side. I have evidence for that.....
As a resolution they have send an email on the 4th of August 2023, it's reads as follows:
"Your account is currently overdue by R1560.00. To avoid litigation, please clear this balance promptly. We're offering a 50% discount for a total of R780.00."
I paid them on the 10 August 2023 that R790.00, I thought it's over but last week they are calling me again, they said they want R961.00. I don't know what form.
This is a problem I'm facing with this group of *****s called Cartrack.
