Cartrack is *****ing and ****ming

A few days ago i got a call from a cartrack representative telling me that I've been nominated for a free additional feature as they have reached high recovery rate in south Africa so they want to give back to their customers and he can see that I've have been with cartrack for a year or so and I was one of the nominated

Told me If I wanted to add a car hire to my Policy an additional R20 will be charged, I accepted the car hire option and was expecting a total of R260 to be my new premium on the 15th as I was paying R240 , to my surprise the next day a debit of R385 was trying to render from my account.

I got a call again and told them what happened now they want to charge me for cancelation of something I was told is free. 😡😡 The 1st guy even pretend to be updating some of my details on the system, when I got the other call the lady is still using the old details
