Cartrack is *********** and they frustrated me before we even started doing business

It would be an understatement to say that I was already frustrated with your service before we even started. First, I had to call your offices as I was waiting in anticipation for the tracking device to be installed on my vehicle. The call center consultant told me I'd have to call back on Monday as the appointment was scheduled on a Sunday. I set aside the time for this to be done, and I waited at the set location only for this man to call me 12 minutes after the set time of the appointment, telling me that he is in Tshepisong, which is approximately 30 minutes from where the appointment of fitting the tracking device was meant to be. The guy calls me and tells me that the location that was provided took him to Tshepisong, which I call "BS." Please understand that I took out my time to wait for this man, and now he's telling me all sorts of excuses why he's not at the designated location to do his job. On top of that, he's not even apologetic about the fact that he is already late and he is asking me for the address, which to me means he had to run his errands first and my time goes to waste as it isn't important. I must say I am already frustrated with your company if this is how you operate your business.

On that note, please cancel everything, as I am already getting red flags before we even begin.
