Cartrack is ***********

A technician from Cartrack came to my home to install they device on the 24th July 2018 that was on a Sunday afternoon. On my way to Monday whilst driving to work my radio stopped working.

A lady from Cartrack called me to ask whats wrong, why is my car battery running low and I told her that it must have been affected by the installation and request for someone to come fix the problem. She said I'll get a call from the repair department but until today i have not recieved any call from the repair department to set time for a technician to come rectify this problem. I sent them an email regarding this issue on the 27 July 2018 again a lady called, I told her what happened and dhe also gave me the similar false hope that I'll get a call from the repair department, but till today my radio is not working, inside lights are not working, the central lock is not working and so is the alert light that appears if a door is not closed.

All I want now is for them to fix the problems caused by they technician in my car immediately and for them to remove they tracking device, I dont require their *********** service anymore
