Cartrack is incompet...

Cartrack is *********** of keeping customers satisfied, last month I changed my bank details by Cartrack for my old bank details is not longer being used due too ***** on my old account so it was supposed too be updated but now since Monday every day from Monday I'm getting calls where I get told sir you are in arrears and when I sent proof of payment it's sorted till the next day then someone else calla me too tell me my account is in arrears again and again I had too sent proof of payment this bull..... is really p... me of now and when I want too cancel with cartrack they tell my a R2 600 cancelation fee need too be payed they are the *********** clown now I must pay R2 600 too cancel due too cartrack that have no clue in what they are doing what f.. . Bull...... is this
