Cartrack is in bridge of contract with me

My car was sold 4 years back I emailed to 2 months before the car was sold to ask how to I go about canceling the service I didn't get a response. The send the account to the lawyer I made we agreed on the terms that I would pay them by if EFT which I was doing without a problem they started to debate my account without my consent. I called to ask who gave them consent to debate my account I am still waiting for them to tell me who gave them consent to go through my bank after a lot of people credit information was linked and under FSB law did they use because were i stand if I am in bridge of contract with cartrack at this moment. It's fine they bridge the contract that I made with they lawyers.
