Cartrack is horrible

Honestly the wort customer service I've ever dealt with. The unit that was installed in my car has been defective since day one. I've called multiple times to have it fixed but the they technician never shows up. My issue has been "escalated" numerous times and I get promised feedback and then it's quiet. Although the sytem has been faulty since day and I've called the customer care number since the begining they refuse to cancel my subscription without a penalty fee but also they never come out to fix it. I would never reccomend Cartrack to anyone.
