Cartrack is heartless its all about money or them
My car got involved in an accident and was a write off a month ago and today called car Tracker to cancel the contract and was told have to pay almost R800 for cancellation. That's absurd its not that I'm cancelling because I'm changing the tracker the car doesn't exist anymore. Cartrack doesn't understand the term accident they just want to collect regardless of what the situation is. I regret ever getting involved with such heartless company.

17 Nov 2021, 17:56Nothing was resolved or investigated as I was told exactly the same thing I was told on my initial call. That the tracker can be installed on another car. I don't have an extra car which needs a tracker so I must suffer for that. Get involved with cartrack at your own risk or never sign the 3 Yr contract because they don't care if u still have a car or not they'll just want their money or penalise you while u driving your 2 series (walking) if u get into a accident.
