Cartrack is having nice and well spoken guy called Ratlou,and VERY BAD attitude guy called Luyanda 😔he phones me with a very bad attitude like he owns the whole company 🤦🏽♀️he made me regret my contract with cartrack,until Ratlou calls me and he explained to me something I didn't know and very happy ,I even decided to cancel the contract with after 9years with cartrack, if you want to keep your clients happy please give Luyanda a different job ,he doesn't have a good way of talking to client, if I have to rate I give Ratlou a 100percent or 5 stars and give Luyanda -0percent😔 with my sad face he can't be on the position where he contacts clients, I work with clients I know what a client need when u communicate, I couldn't even tolerate his rudeness on the phone and I hang up,yes Ratlou made my day after all thanks bro keep up the good job for your employer cartrack 👏🏼
