Cartrack is good but need to improve because sometimes they not arlet me as soon as possible

Cartrack is good but need to improve because sometimes they not arlet me as soon as possible. I stayed at Pmb coz l'm working . My hometown is Lusikisiki at Eastern Cape. Sometimes cartrack do not notify me asking about car till l reach home Eastern Cape from Pietermaritzburg normally. Which means anything can happen to a car and not arleted.
