Cartrack is *****
Cartrack is the most useless tracking company I have ever worked with. I put their tracker in my Nissan Xtrail back in 2019. In 2020, my car alternator broke on 24 December. The battery stopped charging and the alternator was then removed from the car on December 26.
On January 3, they called me and said they can't track my car since the battery is off. I asked them for how long have they been unable to track the car and couldn't account. I managed to buy a new alternator on the 7th of January 2021 and cartrack could not detect that also when there was some job done with my car with the battery going on and off.
Again on the 7th of December 2021, I was involved in a life threatening accident. Roadside assistance and emergency services disconnected my battery since petrol was leaking from the car. Cartrack could not detect the battery that was disconnected again. The car was written off on December 11. I informed Cartrack about this. But their greed and economic tratorship couldn't stop them from debiting my account. I reversed the debit order and put a stop on it.
But still in January 2022, Cartrack deducted double the installment. I phoned them and complained about their continued harassment but it didn't stop. On the 1st of February, Cartrack continued to hit me with 3x the installment debit order. The reversals that I make cost money and my banking profile is dirtied by Cartrack. How did I attract such a company from hell?

Cartrack **** again by replying to my review yesterday. Above here, they said they apologize and the matter was to be investigated. Yesterday Cartrack attempted to debit my account with R408 and I received a call by one of their consultants that my account is in arrears.
I explained to the lady what had happened and she said she will escalate the matter. This morning 8H20 I received another call from their accounts department demanding that I must pay R636 today. These guys don't want to stop harassing me. I asked the lady what the payment was intended for and her reply was that "your car is registered in our books sir and you must pay".
The car she was referring to doesn't exist. Yet she has a nerve to demand payment from me. Furthermore, she said she will also escalate the matter. I wonder how many escalations it takes before management takes the matter serious.
