Cartrack is chowing my money unnecessarily so😭

I'm receiving the worst service from Cartrack, i have been logging calls requesting them to come and swap the units from my previous car to my current car as I'm no longer using the previous one and to date they have not taken any initiative to assist me but instead they are billing me for two cars of which one of them i did not even accept their stop order mandate. I am so disappointed and i feel like they are taking an advantage because they are a big company and I'm just a little lady whom they can use to generate more money. My matter has been unresolved from 19 February 2024 to date.
