Cartrack is *****. Be Warned. the staff is *********** as well. Cartrack wants Me to continue paying for their service which was never there to begin with. I no longer have the car, but I am apparently supposed to pay R2650 early cancellation fee of a 36 months contract which I took on the 03rd May 2022, for R99 per month, and my balance to the anniversary date is R2000. I am hearing all this for the first time, I called them yesterday they told Me all this, I asked for a recording or a signed document of this information, it was not sent, I called today again, its not sent, how am I expected to pay for a car tracker to a car which no longer exist? the unit never worked to begin with, I kept on calling them and emailing them to tell them its not working and they were failing to resolve the issue, I was already paying for something which was not working.
