Cartrack is an ********* company

I installed a Cartrack tacking unit in my car in 2008 When I took out the contract, I was able to over the internet · Track live where my vehicle was in relation to the nearest Cell tower · I could get history logs of starts and stops · Set intervals to monitor location of vehicle for a period of time (never quite figured this one out) · Receive alerts from Cartrack for Battery disconnects For this I have been paying R195 per month I now see that Cartrack charges R99 for this same service. https://www.cartrack.co.za/blog/how-much-does-a-car-tracking-device-cost-now When I contacted Cartrack I am told that the unit I have is not supported for any of the above. I was never informed that all these services had been removed from my contract. When I asked why I am being over charged I was told I can pay R350 to change to a new 36-month contract at R99 How on earth would anyone trust their family's safety to a company that is so ********* in dealing with long standing customers.
