Cartrack is abusive and useless!

I have owned 3 cars since 2016 and Cartrack has been my preferred tracking company for all. The abuse i received from them since is unbelievable. I wonder why I still prefer them. Last year (almost the whole of it ) I drove my car with a faulty unit . I called them daily until they gave in and come pretend to put a new one. On Monday I told them i cannot find trip logs on my App and they said its coz my unit is dead and i have to pay R600 for them to come put a new unit.

They also had the audacity to say it bas been dead for 6 months? What was i paying them for if my unit has been dead and they don't alert me? This is pure nuisance !
