CarTrack is absolutely horrific

CarTrack is absolutely horrific. the agent Donne Johns advises that The tech will would have come yesterday to install after 5pm. i waited, called the tech and then he tells me that he doesnt have a job card to come out to me and that he will come today. Ive waited and its now almost 6pm ive call him to check and he tells me he doesnt have a job card again. this service is terrible even trying to get the device install. if this is the kind of service you get now i wonder what service we would get in a case of an emergency or car being ******. will never proceed with cartrack and will have another come out who values their clients
