Cartrack is a waste of money

I purchased a demo car with Cartrack already installed, was told that i can continue with contract else they need to remove the tracker. Now cannot access the app and unable to reset password because the app gives error code CT1507. Now they phone for some marketing reason, when told i want to cancel i'm told that you cannot cancel because its a 3 year contract and there are cancellation fees to be paid ***, this after they simply up their fees unilaterally with no prior warning!!!!!! Really ****ty customer services too that supposedly do not understand Afrikaans which is an official language of SA!!!
