Cartrack is a **** service

What a disgusting and pathetic service from CARTRACK that I have been receiving. Not a day on an alert callback have they been of assistance. Having to wait hours for road assistance and been passed from consultant to consultant on an “ESCALATION” and verification after verification and not have I been assisted. I am disappointed to the core. Please do not even try or refer a friend. I regret the day I signed up with them. They are quick on debiting their funds and reminders on payments and non responsive to the service they provide. Having to speak to 8 consultants and doing verification with all of them and still no help. I could be dead, ****** and they will still not pitch more even my car would be ****** and gone by the time they decide to come or thinking if they should come or not. I do not have to wait 2 to 3 hours frustrated and still not helped. They are the worst of the worst.
