Cartrack is a **** that will take your money even after cancellation

CarTrack is a **** and ****y company...Stay away from it!!!

I honestly have a lot to say but Im at a point where I am just tired and so will only mention the latest stunt.

Around September 2019, I cancelled my policy with Cartrack due to an utter poor service. A week after cancellation they send me a letter of overdue informing that I skipped payment!!!

I had to then go out of my way to inform them and acquire proof of payment and emailed them the relevant information which indicates to them that I have paid all monies due following which they then send me a confirmation of cancellation.

Several weeks later to my surprise now I get a Notice Letter, informing me that they are listing me as a default payer and threatening me with legal actions....WHAT NONSENSE IS THIS!!!!. All of this for R187.60 for a month after my cancellation!!! This is a clear rip of and a ridiculous final attempt to squeeze more monies from me!!!

Please guy's do not sign up with this company, they will treat you like **** as a customer offering you false promises then they will harass you for money after you have left them.
