CARTRACK IS A ****!
Please stop harassing me.
I spoke to one of your consultants last year who confirmed my cancellation. I even received a letter confirming that.
Since then I have been harassed and THREATENED by Cartrack to handover my account for a meagre R300+. I have cancelled my policy and you clearly did not action this on your side.
Last year I complained about a panic button that was not working in the car. Cartrack promised to get someone to have a look at the panic button. I followed up with a series of calls. To date no one has come to repair that panic button.
If you insist on calling me I will also proceed on a legal route.
Please stop calling me as I don't owe you anything. I have explained this to your consultants.
We note your concern. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience. We will investigate and are confident that this matter will be resolved.
Kind regards
The Cartrack Team

In fact, I have been inundated with calls from Cartrack's collections department requesting payment arrangement.
At this stage I'm willing to pay WHAT IS NOT DUE TO YOU so you can stop calling and threatening me.
Please advise on the way forward.
