Was at a my son's school function (30/10/2021),parked the car outside the school yard along with many other parents cars who many had the same model and make.

When we were done the car was ******,called them and this Melusi Mlangeni control room guy becomes a total ass, asking the same bull**** questions and even had the audacity to become arrogant with the whole thing (remember we in control now you can't tell us what to do) this is over the DISPUTED AMOUNT which they fully aware of and have records of them in their system.

Remember every minute counts in this sorts of things...he makes me wait for an acknowledgment letter of R25000 should they find the car and I have to pay them that amount (let's remember I'm in a remote area and school gates are locked I have no phone or access to email)

And I ask, your calls are recorded, this serves as a contractual bases when I confirm over the phone why not do that!!! (again we are the ones doing all the talking and not you).....all this happens after I received an email day before that they would not be able to assist me in case of an emergency,and my car gets ****** the following day and there's no corporation...what are the odds!!!!!!

Fast forward... Accounts Department know about the DISPUTED AMOUNTS, didn't communicate with control room(since apparently they're separate divisions angazi kanjani) my car is nowhere to be found and all this time it's a policy of you have an outstanding amount and they not even calling me.

When I call them later they go like...we couldn't locate your car even if we did we not gonna disclose that to you (mind you I have made means of getting that ACKNOWLEDGEMENT LETTER,signed it and sent it back to them)

I am still debited till this day for a car I don't even have and even worse I am now handed over to these lawyers Eugenie Perumal Attorneys and they hounding me, now I'm harassed day in and day out by their accounts department and these lawyers.

The R150 000 payout story is somewhat a selling point that never materializes 🤞🏽</div>
