Cartrack is a **** and are deceiving. Watch out!

I have been calling cartrack after several attempts to fix my panic button. It was replaced twice but still no success. I have had the phone being put down on me by Michelle in customer service after I asked her to send someone to look at my device.

I was looking at upgrading my device to Fleet Management but after such bad service by your company. I want to cancel my contract with you and let people know how deceiving your company and advertising is.

I am disappointed to say the least.
