Cartrack is a ****
I have a tracker with car track I called them because I wanted to upgrade because I was now on month to month subscription no longer on a 3 year’s contract they told me I need to pay R350 for n upgrade it was towards the end of January 2023 I agreed that they must deduct the R350 end off January n come to fit in the device then after I will pay the R220 ( start a new 3 year contract. They didn’t deduct the R350 as agreed but instead they took R240 which was the monthly subscription after that I am receiving calls that I owe them money, I then call them that I want to cancel I am no longer interested in of this.
Cut long story short Cartrack doesn’t want to cancel my subscription they are calling me every day telling that I owe them money I don’t know which money cos no new device was fitted.
