Cartrack is a ****

Cartrack is a ****. I had an accident and my car was declared written off, I called them to inform them that I wanna halt the premium as I was busy with the claim process with my insurance. They then inform me of "Cancellation fee" of around R2000, which I was never informed of when I joined their ****. Now they constantly harass me on daily basis( even at 1 am) with their calls, even if I make an arrangement with one consultant they constantly harass me. They are now threatening me of blacklisting but they refuse to send me recording of the call I had with them when I joined. Their terms and conditions refer to cancellation fee as "reasonable amount". Reasonable for who? Them or client?
