Last year I called car track to request cancellation because I couldn’t afford anymore but I was told I’m still within a contract asked what my options are? Was told that I can either pay remains months or downgrade the package at a fee of R350 I did that, then December came which meant end of my contract but now when I request cancellation I’m told the new downgrade is now a new contract term for another term. Paying for a car that I don’t even own anymore.?
