cartrack is a rip-off

I bought a car sometime June 2014. Had it fitted with a tracker from cartrack as per car insurance requirements. I was unfortunately involved in a motor vehicle accident in March 2015 and the car was written off. I then called cartrack to inform them about this but they refused to cancel the contract. They told me that they are going to continue debiting me until I buy another car, pay extra fees to reinstall the tracker in the new car or until the contract expires. To top it all off, after I buy the new car, I must tell them where the previous car is (even though the car now belongs to the insurance company and they are supposed to be tracking the vehicle at all times) so they remove device from that car and put it in the new car to save me costs.<br> <br> What infuriates me about all of this is that they did not disclose all this when they were telling me about the terms and conditions. I told them that I no longer have a vehicle as it was written off but I'm still being debited every month without fail, the fee has even gone up. This is not fair at all. Cartrack is a *******. I want them to stop texting and calling me telling me that my tracker is still active. And I want my money back.
