Cartrack is a ****, paying for a device that’s not working!!!
So Cartrack tell me my device is not working but they can see my car location and when I call again they tell me my device is faulty they can’t see my car. This is a **** and These guys are *********** and don’t know what they doing. thank God for protecting my car.
I need my device fixed ASAP or cancel my subscription.

10 Jul 2023, 17:00Please note I got a call and was told I must wait another week for a technician to come. That’s unacceptable, I can’t wait 2 weeks for a service I’m already paying. it puts my car at risk. Please assign a technician ASAP
