Cartrack is a Nightmare - Beware!

I'm writing this review to warn others about the horrific service I've experienced with Cartrack. I was initially quoted R99, but suddenly my monthly fee jumped to R840-850 without any explanation. To make matters worse, they debit my account on random days of the month, and when I dispute the charges, they claim my account is in "areas" and I owe them over R1000 due to some unclaimed case or something (no clarity given).

When I asked for a refund, I was told to call the accountants, who promised to send an email (which never arrived). After multiple follow-ups, they said they'd escalate the matter, but radio silence followed. I've been overcharged multiple times, and they can't even provide a straight answer.

Their app is glitchy and mine is suspended despite paying for a discount. When I complained, I was told my account is in "areas" 🤯. Don't waste your money! Wouldn't recommend Cartrack to my worst enemy. 👎
