CARTRACK IS A MONEY MAKING ****!!

Wow I am in full disgust as I am typing this. I took back my vehicle to the dealer after being with Cartrack for a month, I phoned them to inform that I had took back the vehicle and they should arrange for the device to be removed, that was not done, still got debitted, I called in to cancel the services as no one has came to assist me they told me I had to pay my errears then I can cancel. I paid up, they didnt cancel. its been almost a year that I am paying for a service I am not getting, they dont know where the device is at, they don't know where my car is at, but my money is in their account. I dont know what to do anymore I want my money back and this stupid contract cancelled and I will not be paying a cent!!!!!!
