Cartrack is a ***** tracking company they cannot be trusted

I have had a BMW 320i Sport Line since 2018. I decided to install a tracking system with Cartrack. They setup an appointment to arrive on the 31 Juy 2021 and they never pitched. They call me to reschedule for Thursday 5 August 2021 and I agreed. The following day my I am hijacked. I reported this incident within 10 minutes after and two days later my vehicle is still not recovers. What a coincident! For over three years with a tracking system, no hi jacking and a day after a cartrack installation I get hijacked. I want to warn everyone about these ***** looking cartrack installers.

My vehicle is nowhere to be found and cartrack is not assisting. Yesterday, 7 August 2021, I had to call them three times before my matter was escalated just to get an update.

The next call I received from cartrack asks me if I have an insurance and they tell me that it looks like they are struggling to recover the car.
