Cartrack is a ****

I bought a car and i asked cartrack to install their device and they told me that it was on the previous owner's name so was supposed to do change of ownership which was done on the 29-01-2025 they didn't tell me the status of the account. Unfortunately on the 4-02-2025 the car was ****** and they failed to recover it .was advised to claim but on 14-02-2025 i received an email from the warranty team stating that i can't claim because the account have been skipped payment in 2024 and quarterly test of the device has not been done but they took R350 for change of ownership on 31 -01-2025 and on the 14th of February 2025 the took another R360 .what they want is only taking our money when a problem comes they give an excuse so that they won't pay .am still fighting with them
