CARTRACK IS A ****!!

I'm so ****ed with the fact that you guys expect me to pay for the termination whereas I’m the one who is left with the damaged car. You failed to help me with my car as I’ve been sent from pillar to post but no one came to my rescue. I’VE REPORTED THE FAULT TOO MANY TIMES AND EVENTUALLY CAME TO A DECISION TO TERMINATE. Unfortunately I cannot pay any penalties as im also required to fix a car that was ruined by your lazy technicians.
