Cartrack is a ****

Cartrack is a ****. My device is out of oder and it is still within the 6months period. I called them to report the issue and I was told somebody from the scheduling department will contact me to make an appointment for the repair. I then received and sms confirming the appointment. On the day of the appointment I waited and no body pitched, not even a phone call. I called again to report the matter and I never received any communication. I am so disappointed and want to cancel the contract.
