Cartrack is a bully who has shown me zero customer service : Cartrack expects me to continue to pay monthly premiums without them providing any service. I need an ombudsman/watchdog for car tracking services that will ensure that Cartrack refunds me ( premiums for 55 months plus interest ). I am currently being harassed by this company : more than 3 calls a day , 2or 3 emails , smses at night ; all demanding that continue paying premiums - for what ?? I really need help
