CARTRACK IS A BIG ****.

I don't even know where to begin in expressing on how disappointed I am about this Car Tracking company that does not deliver their promise. On the 08/02/2021 i singed up for a 3 years contract for my new car but till today nobody has been in contact with me with regards to installing tracking unit on my car and I have tried seral times calling the Durban branch and they keep telling me they will be in contact soon, I even know their receptionist by name now "Zanele. sometimes she transfers my call to the relevant department but nobody even bothers to answer the call I think they just cut the call until you eventually give up. It almost seems like all they were interested in was the sale and not me as their customer and my needs.
