CarTrack is a ****

I reached out to this business in 202 after purchasing my vehicle. BIG promises were made all of which were recently broken. The device(s) I had installed in 2020 are apparently not enough anymore - I now need to pay MORE for this service to be effective. The warranty cover - where they will pay out your vehicle's value if they can't recover it is also non-existent. None of the promises when selling me this service is valid anymore. Apparently that was only valid for the period of a three years contract at which end you would be contacted and asked if you want to sign another 3 years contract. Whether I was contacted or not or if I decided to sign another contract or not means little if you consider that the service will not be effective _again_ unless you pay more - so I have tried to call and cancel my subscription but this also proves impossible - I cancelled my debit order - plain and simple. This is a ****, I am sure of it.
