Cartrack is a ****

I wrote a review on 24 February about my ****** car which cartrack doesn't want me to claim on that sameday they had to call me and promised to look into it and on 15 march i got the claim forms then i submitted everything they wanted including the filled claim form and i got a response that they will contact me in 24 hours to give me the feedback .Since then i have been calling but i only get the same response "we will escalate it to the recovery department .Cartrack is a **** when enquiring how is works they are quick to tell you that you can claim when your car is ****** but when the situation come for them to pay they ignore you
