Cartrack is a bad bad tracker

Cartrack is a bad car tracker, they installed the tracker on my bike beginning of last year, after 3 months they said they can’t locate the bike from their side or whatever so they need to come and install another unit fine, it’s been over a month since my bike has moved to JHB South but this ****ty tracker still shows that the Bike is at my place. When I say I want to cancel they say there’s a cancellation fee of R2000.
