Cartrack is a **** and is unreliable

I had cartrack device installed on my NP200 for three and half years. All was well until the car was ****** this year April. I reported the incident immediately to cartrack and they confirmed they are able to trace the car and it's moving towards Mabopane. Later they told me they only found the device but the car is gone but they will keep searching. The following day i was told they are calling off the search because they can't find the car. I then started enquiring about the R150000 warranty claim, and right there, the problem started. They came up with stories. I was told my contract was a month to month which does not qualify for the warranty which I was never informed about this before. I then asked them to cancel the contract since I don't have the car anymore. To my surprise I kept seeing cartrack debit going of on my account. I let it slide for the first 2 months thinking maybe due to waiting period for cancelations it will stop. Then later I called them to stop debiting my account and I started disputing the debit. Now they threaten to hand over my account to attorneys for reversing the *****ulent payments they debited in my account.

Now I think it's time I approached the insurance ombudsman
