Cartrack is a ****

I think Cartrack is a **** and they should be ashamed of themselves. I have 3 vehicles privately on Cartrack and we use the app on a daily basis to track where each family member is. When the app does not work, they "reset" it. Once this did not work, so they had the replace the unit. I upgraded to the recovery units, this is supposed to be where you get a R150k payout if they cannot find your ****** vehicle. My Hilux was ****** in January (within 15 min of parking). I had gearlocks and chains installed as it is a high risk vehicle, but that did not stop the *******. I immediately contacted Cartrack when I saw vehicle was gone. The operator was able to give me the time when I parked it and time it started up again. I did not hear from them again. I queried the non-recovery payout and was just sent an email to say it will not be paid out because we did not "test" the units. The fact that what phoned them when it was not working, was not seen as a test and they refised to pay out. I still have not heard from Cartrack apart from the fact that they want to increase my monthly policy. Inhumane ****mers!
