Cartrack is a ****!

Dear dear consumer. Steer away and stay away from Cartrack. They are among the top 10 ********* companies in SA. They make deals with dealerships, tell the customer they get the first 12 months free and then a 24month contract becomes a 36 month contract. After the 36 month contract you have to pay them a huge amount to cancel the contract. If you refuse to pay the cancellation fee of a contract that expired, they keep on billing you. Then they get mandated debit orders on your account that you cannot get cancelled and then they threaten to hand you over. They do not answer any emails. Conversations over the phone then all of sudden does not exist. You cannot get hold of any form of management. The Ombudsman is aware of their ******** activities and is investigating it. Carte Blanch is investigation. In the mean time, I am being billed and threatened. Consumers are being bul**** and companies such as Cartrack get away with it. So boycott them so they can sink and get it over. I will keep on fighting to get my money back. For 3 years I have been battling and had no service but I am being billed. I will get my money back!!
