Cartrack is a ****, they failed to recover my vehicle whereas I called them within 11 minutes after the vehicle was ******. They went as far as boasting about a the recovery of their device instead of my vehicle that I was paying them for. Their useless tracking device was removed from my vehicle within 20 minutes. I will advise people to carefully reconsider their relationship with Cartrack. I lost my vehicle and they even failed to pay me the recovery warranty they boasting about. That recovery warranty is a way of attracting more clients, be careful there’s no such a thing it’s just to attract more clients.
