Cartrack is a ****

On the 7 of December last year my car was involved in an accident fitted with Cartrack devise and was written off .I called Cartrack to notify them,they told me I am in a 3 year contract they cannot cancel the contract.well now I have a new car it has been a month now I even payed R850 for re installation.on the 6 February was the day of the installation I received a confirmation SMS day before but on the day of the appointment no one showed up or borther to call.i have been driving the car without a tracking device yet I am paying monthly subscription end even my extra R850.i feel Cartrack is stemming me.
