CARTRACK IS A ****

The worst experience I have ever had with Cartrack. My car was ****** while the car watch alert was on and they never found the car. I then spoke to their chatbox to enquire about the R150 000 claim and they told me to wait for 60 days to make a claim, which was a lie to find out the claim was supposed to be made within 30 days of the incident and that means I do not qualify for the claim and they said I did not call them every 6 months to check if their unit was working properly. Now they are harassing me about the monthly payment when there is no car. They sent me an email stating that I should pay them R20 000 for them to recover my car. CARTRACK IS A ****
