Cartrack is a ****

Cartrack is a ****, i have been with cartrack since 2021 last week i have change my car battery and i never received any call from cartrack, which means my tracking device is not working and has never worked for the past 5yrs but now i have realised the device it is not working, from last week i have been on contact with cartrack . today they are telling me that i have to agree that i will pay 600 for them to send a technician to fix the device mind you i have been paying their monthly premium for the past 5 yrs with the device that was never been installed or working at all? i have to agree on paying them 600 on top of what i am paying them every month.and i was told now that i have to make a call to car track every 3 months to test a device which i was never told before o realised that my device it is not working. i am very angry and disappointed on cartrack.
